Hello! I'm Rizki Bagus. I began exploring administration and IT in August 2021 during the pandemic. With some free time, I learned Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and the basics of IT support through YouTube. This foundation helped me join MSIB and led to an internship, followed by a full-time role as IT support, where I handled technical issues and assisted with system maintenance. Earlier this year, I dove deeper into administration and customer operations, eager to expand my skills. I’m passionate about learning new things, embracing feedback, and growing both personally and professionally.
